Policies & Procedures

Tuition not paid by due date on the pay schedule will incur a $10 late fee per child. If tuition is not received by the end of the pay period a $20 late fee per child will be assessed. If your child attends more than one time per week, tuition is due the 1st day they attend. Please ask the office for a pay schedule! If your child can not attend class the day tuition is due, please call the office and use a charge card or mail a payment before the end of the pay week to avoid late fees. You may pay ahead for tuition to ensure you will not have late fees.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, Check or Cash.For your convenience we offer a FREE automatic payment program. Inquire at the office.

ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE

If no contact has been made with the office and payment has not been made by the end of your 4th class, your child will be withdrawn from his/her class. All accounts that are 45 days past due will automatically be sent to our collections service. Your child may re-enroll in our program after your account has been cleared. All accounts turned over for collections will be charged $25 collection fee plus any court costs or attorney fees that would apply. Insufficient checks that are returned to More Than Gymnastics will be subject to a $30 fee. Payment for the check with the added fee must be paid in cash, money order, or with a credit card. You will be turned over for collections if fees are not paid within 15 days and your child will be removed from the program. Re-enrollment fees will apply for each child to re-enroll.

WITHDRAWLS

30 DAY WRITTEN NOTICE to the office must be given prior to you withdrawing your child from More Than Gymnastics. Your final payment will be figured from the date the withdrawal was received. Please Note: We accept a withdrawal over the phone or verbally to an instructor. Temporary Withdrawals may be taken for one payment period. Temporary withdrawals can
not be taken in May or September unless all 10 weeks of summer are attended. Payment and form must be turned in 2 weeks prior to leave and is non-refundable. Temporary withdrawals are limited to one per calender year.

UNIFORM

Female gymnasts must wear a one piece leotard. Shorts may be worn over the leotard. Boys may wear shorts and a t-shirt. No jeans, shorts or pants with belts or buckles. Tumblers may wear shorts and a fitted t-shirt, or a t-shirt that can be tucked in securely. Hair must be tied away from the face. No jewelry or gum allowed in class. Please keep your personal items in a
gym bag. Please leave valuables at home. More Than Gymnastics is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

MAKE-UPS

No credits or refunds will be given for classes not attended. Students may make-up a maximum of 4 missed lessons during the school year schedule, and a max of 2 missed lessons during the summer schedule. Tuition must be current before a make-up can be scheduled. You must miss a class first before you may schedule a make-up. Make-ups must be scheduled through the office. You may only schedule 1 make-up at a time. Nomake-ups can be done while on temporary withdrawal or after withdrawal from our program. Make-ups can not be carried over from the school year schedule to the summer schedule or vice versa. If you can not attend a make-up that you schedule and do not call to cancel, the make-up IS counted.

CHILDREN NOT PARTICIPATING IN CLASS

Children not in class must be supervised by parents in the observation areas at all times. More Than Gymnastics does not assume responsibility for children unattended. Children should refrain from running in the lobby area. Those who are waiting for a class to begin are asked not to practice gymnastic skills such as cartwheels, handstands, etc. Please pick your child up promptly after their class has ended.

CLOSING DUE TO WEATHER

We will cancel our morning classes if Fort Wayne Community Schools closes due to inclement weather. We will continue to monitor the weather and determine if we need to close our evening classes. Please call in to the office to check if we are having evening classes, or check the list of businesses closed due to weather from the local news. We will allow make-up classes for days that we close due to weather. No credits will be given for closings due to the weather.
